Zhang Yang practices law ever since 1998. 2002-2003, he pursued LLM studies in University of Houston Law Center of USA. 1988-1992, he pursued English studies (BA) in Anhui University Foreign Languages and Literature Department. 1994-1996, he pursued law studies (LLB) in Renmin University of China School of Law.
